Although the two organizations share a founder and a mission, they are independent legal entities with separate finances, governance, and operations. Purchases from this website are commercial transactions with Simon Says Pet, Inc. and are not tax-deductible donations. References on this site to profit sharing or support for the Foundation and rescue partners describe Simon Says Pet's voluntary giving commitments and do not make any purchase a charitable contribution.
